Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel November 26th, 2001 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR, LSE: PCCD), the Global System for Mobile Communications, or GSM, mobile telephone network operator in Israel, today announced the appointment of Mr. Shmuel Mayo and Mr. Tal Raz to the Company's board of directors. Mr. Shmuel Mayo is replacing Mr. Moshe Gavish and Mr. Tal Raz is replacing Mr. Yigal Baruchi .

Mr. Shmuel Mayo serves as the General Manager of Dankner Investment Ltd. since May 2000. Previously he served as VP of Dankner Investment Ltd. From 1998 until May 2000. Mr. Mayo also served as General Manager of Yatzil Financing Ltd. Mr. Mayo is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Tal Raz was appointed acting president and CEO of Elbit in October 2001. Mr. Raz also continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer of Elbit, a position he has held since he joined Elbit in April 1997. Mr. Raz is a certified public accountant, and holds BA and MA degrees in accounting and business administration from Baruch College, New York.
