Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel - June 6th, 2001 - Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ: PTNR) today announced the commercial launch of a mobile force management application with Israel's CT Motion Ltd.

Based on CT Motion's Cellebrity^TM Services Platform, this application will support a new mobile force management service offering from Partner for its business customers employing a mobile work force, enabling managers and dispatchers to easily locate their mobile employees in real-time using advanced on-screen map displays. Organizations can instantly communicate with individual or multiple employees through two-way SMS-based or Internet enabled messaging. The service takes advantage of the advanced location information available to the cellular operator, in order to enable the dispatcher at a central location to determine the location of each employee. As a result, users of the service will achieve a significant improvement in the productivity, responsiveness and efficiency of their mobile work force.

The application is the first product of a joint agreement reached by Partner and CT Motion last year to cooperate in the joint development of turnkey services and products for the mobile Internet location-based services market. The commercial launch follows an extensive trial period of the product in Israel and abroad. The collaboration is based on CT Motion's Cellebrity^TM Services Platform, an advanced Telco-grade application server, enabling the immediate deployment of mobile Internet location-based services developed by CT Motion and third party.
