Hi3G continues its rapid recruitment, adding three key staff members. Ineke Botter joins as Technical Director, Eva Elmstedt from Semcon takes on the responsibility as Director IT; and Niclas Lilja from Framfab enters as Director Communications.
Ineke Botter has started as Technical Director. Previously she worked as interim Managing Director Wireless at Versatel Telecom International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Prior to Versatel she worked at Orange Communications in Switzerland as General Manager Network Roll-out. She also held several senior management positions e.g. for Czech Telecom in Prague, Pannon GSM in Hungary and UMC in Ukraine. Ineke has Doctorates in both Corporate and International Law.
Eva Elmstedt takes on the task as Director IT, starting May 1st. Most recently Eva worked as Managing Director of Semcon Project Management. During fifteen years Eva has had several leading positions at Ericsson and IBM, most recently as head of all customer project managers in the Nordic Countries, at Nordic Service Unit, Ericsson. Her resume also includes Ericsson Business Networks, Ericsson Radio Messaging, and IBM Professional Services. Eva studied Economics at Stockholm School of Economics, and has also a BSc in Computer Science and Economics from the U.S.
Niclas Lilja enters as Director Communications on April 17. Most recently Niclas was Investor Relations Manager at Framfab where he worked with communications on a broad scale. Prior to that he worked with Corporate Finance at Atlas Copco. Niclas holds a degree of Master of Science in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics, where he also was active as a researcher.
