Partner Communications announces an agreement
between PFC and Enbaya Inc.

Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel - January 22, 2001- Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ: PTNR), announced an agreement between Partner Future Communications Ltd. (PFC) and Enbaya Inc. for cooperation in the development of an end-to-end 3D content delivery service.

The agreement is part of a $5 million first round of financing recently completed by Enbaya which includes investments from AMPAL and Poalim Capital Markets Technologies, DS Polaris, Golden Gate and other private investors.

Enbaya operates in the field of Rich-Media Content Delivery, bringing interactive, rich-media solutions to the Internet and to the cellular world, based on transfer of 3D graphics and animation. The company's products are built around a core technology for progressive compression and streaming. The company's technology is instrumental in breaking speed and integration barriers that have been traditionally associated with delivering rich-media and 3D graphics over the Internet. The system can be easily adapted to a range of available bandwidths.

Commenting on the recent round of financing Co-founder and CEO Offir Remez said, "Enbaya plans to use the invested capital for reinforcing its business presence in the US through its office in the San Francisco area, and completing the adaptation of the technology to wireless devices with the aid of Partner Communications."
