Hutchison ties up with Cellmania to provide mFinder(tm) to its customers mFinder(tm), most comprehensive WAP directory platform in the world will facilitate personalized access to thousands of content sources - anytime, anywhere

Mumbai, Dec 21, 2000: Cellmania Inc., world's leading m-commerce company, today signed an agreement with Hutchison Max Telecom and its associate companies to provide mFinder(tm) to their mobile Internet customers. Hutchison will use mFinder(tm), the most comprehensive WAP directory in the world as a default search engine for its WAP services in India. Customers would now be able to surf the net using mFinder(tm)thus facilitating the use of WAP services on the mobile phone.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Country Manager of Cellmania Inc. said, "After our success in the US we are now going to concentrate on the Asian market, especially India. This country has surprised the world with the stupendous growth of PC and cellphone users. Elaborating on the strategy behind the tie-up with Hutchison, Mr. Gupta added, "Our aim is to promote M-commerce in India by inducing trials on WAP phones.
