Inquiries on CKHH share repurchases

 
(Hong Kong, 15 December 2021) Regarding media inquiries on recent share repurchases by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (Ticker: HK0001), the Group’s response is as follows:

The latest share repurchase by the Group was carried out today (15 December 2021), buying back 211,500 shares for a total consideration of HK$10,593,825.64.

Since March this year, the Group’s aggregate repurchases totalled 54 times, buying back 21,373,500 shares for a total consideration of HK$1,221,827,338.72.
