Strategic Review of PNS

(Hong Kong, 16 August 2013) Subsequent to the announcement made on 20 July 2013, and in response to media inquiries, HWL reiterated today that its subsidiary AS Watson Group (“ASW”) is still conducting a strategic review of its supermarket retail business PARKnSHOP.

As of to date, ASW has not set a definite timetable for completion of its review, and the process may or may not result in a transaction being announced.
