3, the mobile media company, today announces the appointment of Guy Middleton as Head of Corporate Communications. Guy will report to Hugh Davies, 3's Director of Corporate Affairs. As Head of Corporate Communications, he will be responsible for managing the press office and developing an ongoing proactive communications programme.

Guy joins from Mobile magazine where he was managing editor. He assumed that role in 2005 with a brief to focus on developing a strong and balanced mix of content to address the needs of a very varied and demanding audience. Guy joined Mobile magazine in 2001 as news editor, after working for a range of technology and business titles.

Hugh Davies, Director of Corporate Affairs, 3 UK, said: "I'm excited Guy has agreed to join our team.
