(NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR, London: PCCD) announces the Extraordinary Shareholders meeting convened today resolved to approve a new senior credit facility and to approve the repurchase of up to 33,317,932 Ordinary Shares of the Company held directly or indirectly by our founding Israeli shareholders.

Partner expects the buy back transaction to be completed within the next week.
