3 Hong Kong today organised a forum to unveil "3 Developer Programme", which attracted about 300 industry players and content/application developers in the telecom sector for idea exchange. "3 Developer Programme" is designed to inspire and encourage application/content developers and IT industry players to join hands in the development of new, groundbreaking 3G services.
