(NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR; London: PCCD) (the "Company") announced Today that Mr. Amikam Cohen, the Company's CEO, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 75% of the shares granted to him under the Company's 1998 employee share option plan. The shares were acquired by Hutchison Whampoa Limited, through an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary ("Hutchison"), at a price per share which was based on the market value of the Company's American Depositary Shares (each representing one ordinary share) on or about the date the shares were offered for sale to Hutchison.
