  • Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, jointly controlled by CK Hutchison and Ooredoo Group, is formed through the merger of Hutchison 3 Indonesia and PT Indosat Tbk in January.

  • In August, HUTCHMED’s fruquintinib global Phase III FRESCO-2 study meets its primary endpoint and the company initiates rolling submission of a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for fruquintinib for the treatment of refractory metastatic colorectal cancer

  • In August, Hutchison Ports expands its cooperation with the Egyptian Government through the initialing of concession agreements for two new concessions to operate two world-class container terminals in Ain Sokhna Port and El Dekheila Port.

  • In August, Hutchison Ports announces the intention of a collaboration with Terminal Investment Limited Sàrl to develop a new container terminal consisting of five deep-sea berths with a total length of 2.6 km in Port of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The first phase of operation is expected to commence in 2027.

  • In October, UK Rails enters into an agreement with Varamis Rail for the leasing of a Class 321 Swift Express Freight train for the delivery of light goods running on electric traction.

  • In November, CK Hutchison closes the UK tower deal with Cellnex, which is the last in a series of agreements between the Group and Cellnex in Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, and the UK for a total consideration of €10 billion.
